目前主要科学研究领域和兴趣:
实验室聚焦于合成生物学,致力于通过理性设计与工程化改造微生物和酶,推动其在疾病防治和生物制造等领域的创新应用。主要研究方向包括:
1)构建工程化微生物用于肿瘤、肥胖等重大疾病的预防与治疗;
2)开发新型体内大分子标记技术,实现对生物过程的精准监测与调控;
3)构建微生物细胞工厂,合成重要天然产物及非天然化合物。
